Western Australia - Transport
The international airport in Perth is 16km away from its centre. It connects the state with most of the other continents. What is more it serves as a domestic airport and has regular flights to the main cities in the other states.
As far as trains are concerned, through the state passes the Indian Pacific line, which easily connects it to the other states. There is also ship connection from Fremantle to many other ports in the other states. Furthermore, there are closed highways, connecting only different parts of the state and national ones, linking it with the other parts of Australia.

For flights and car-rental reservations, please refer to the general Transport section.
